Refund policy

• Returns accepted within 14 days for standard (non-personalised) items.
• Personalised/custom-made products are non-returnable unless:
  • They arrive damaged.
  • They have a manufacturing defect.
  • The printed design differs from the approved artwork.
• Customers should inspect orders within 48 hours of delivery and report any issues with photos.
• Replacement or refund will be offered where appropriate.
• Customers are responsible for spelling and image accuracy submitted during ordering.

This protects you under UK consumer law because personalised goods are generally exempt from the normal cancellation right.
